We are the midstate chapter mostly made up of Lakeland, Winter Haven and Auburndale areas. As a chapter, we have a golf tournament every year to benefit two local charities. This year will be our third annual tournament. Over the past two years, we raised $20,000 for local charities.
We also donated five vehicles last year to needy families with the help of 17 local businesses. This year, we have planned a pancake breakfast along with a big yard sale and fishing tournament and we would love to give away five or more vehicles. We are a small, but very tight knit, group. We have seen huge changes in how we interact with each other and how we have watched the changes in our industry. We have communication with several shops across the nation and we learn from each other.
